Croce, once a centre for the working of wool and other crafts important for the city's economy, in a strategic and comfortable point for those arriving from the station or the Piazzale Roma, efficiently served by public transport. A charming walk moreover leads to the central St. Mark's square, through narrow alleys and small squares which are not part of the route normally chosen by tourists.
